Ozone is an international provider of architectural hardware and premium security technologies. For the launch of a large TV advertising campaign, they were looking for a quick redesign & development of their website and the creation of a tool that would be used by Architects. The company offers a product collection that covers commercial, residential, and institutional projects. As a proponent of more architects, sales teams, and channel partners globally, Ozone wanted to digitize and streamline the way their teams plan, specify, and quote large architectural projects.

The conventional workflow, involving emails, spreadsheets, and countless manual processes, was long, tedious, error-prone and not standardized. To mitigate these challenges, Cloud Converge designed a centralized digital platform that enabled Ozone’s sales and design teams to collaboratively contribute and quickly and accurately generate proposals.

Project Planning & Quotation Platform:

We created and developed an internal web-based platform for sales representatives and architects to use that will facilitate every part of a project lifecycle, from design to cost estimating.

The system enables users to upload and manage all project documents and architectural drawings in one place. Each team has the ability to define a detailed building layout and the infrastructure requirements of the project. Additionally, users can set different types of doors and hardware (e.g., hinges, locks, access control, etc.). The software is fully integrated with Ozone’s live product catalogue, providing the user with the ability to browse products and select all the fittings and fixtures for the project in real-time.

The platform generates a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for project configurations and instantly creates commercial quotes when submitting proposals to clients. Role-based access, approval flows, and versioning ensure that the collaboration process is secure and auditable while providing users visibility and accountability between stakeholders.

Design Phase

In a parallel process to the mobile application, we also designed and developed Ozone’s corporate website in coordination with a planned national television marketing campaign.

The goal was to design a modern and performant digital experience that was representative of Ozone‘s design-driven presence while improving user experience and scalability.

Ozone’s marketing sector is now operating from a completely new website with a simple and responsive design for desktop and phone easy navigation through service and category selections. We ensured performance enhancements were implemented, and we followed SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of the site and its search engine rankings.

Moreover, a unified content management system (CMS) was setup to provide a capability for real time updates and management of content from the marketing team, and the counting (and counting) site was architected to be scalable so that any spikes of traffic stemming from a campaign would not crash the site.

During a TV campaign, the website was a vital digital touchpoint, raising brand awareness and user engagement and generating leads from marketing campaigns with appropriate qualifying factors.
