Cloud Converge partnered with REAch2, the UK’s largest Primary School Academy Trust, to develop a brand-new SharePoint intranet platform. The aim was to create a designated location for all company messaging, communication, and resources to meet the needs of 55+ schools, 1400 staff, and 21,000 pupils. Additionally, the Trust wanted to foster a united culture across the organization to make employees feel connected to the REAch2 environment.
Before Cloud Converge’s involvement, the organization relied solely on email for communication, resulting in duplication and outdated information. As the Trust expanded, sharing and communicating the CEO’s messages across the UK team became a challenge. The solution lay in implementing a new SharePoint intranet that would address these communication and culture issues.
During the ‘discovery’ review phase with REAch2, Cloud Converge identified that partnering with Attollo, an out-of-the-box SharePoint platform, would cater to all of REAch2’s requirements. This approach also allowed for future scalability as the organization grows.
Working closely with the REAch2 team, Cloud Converge outlined the information architecture and designs during the initial planning phase. This involved:
- Conducting a technical analysis of the M365 tenant setup to prepare for deploying the Attollo baseline solution.
- Reviewing site content templates to identify the key content required for each content owner.
- Designing and aligning the site’s branding for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Deploying the Attollo solution into the REAch2 M365 tenant.
- Facilitating the Diagnose Stage, which included training and supporting key site owners for a successful site launch.
The implementation of the new REAch2 SharePoint intranet has provided a unified platform for communication and resources, fostering a connected culture within the organization. This intranet has overcome the limitations of email communication, ensuring efficient sharing of information and facilitating the dissemination of crucial messages from the CEO to the entire UK team.

The successful implementation of the new SharePoint intranet has provided colleagues at REAch2 with a seamless and efficient platform to access all company messaging and resources. The intranet’s user-friendly interface and comprehensive features have streamlined communication and information sharing across the organization, resulting in enhanced productivity and collaboration.
Notably, within just the first month of launch, the intranet witnessed a remarkable surge in usage, with over 250+ visits recorded in a single day. This significant spike in traffic indicates the immediate positive impact of the platform on the workforce, as employees quickly embraced the new tool for their daily work needs.
